The open space design supports the close link of water and land and stages the approach to the lake shore through a slow and smooth transition between the elements. The previously sealed-off bank section shaped by commercial and industrial use of the Zurich lake basin is to be perforated stronger in the future, with a higher permeability to the water. As the first building block of this transformation process, the water sports center with its publicly accessible pier creates a new anchor point with a high volume of visitors and a welcoming gesture to the lake shore.

CALAHORRA ROMAN SEWERS ENVIRONMENT, LA RIOJA

Calahorra’s roman sewers project is solved by means of a permeable piece that absorbs the irregularities that make up the existing buildings, freeing the central space. Thus, a large public square is generated, which cedes the uses to the citizens and responds with a recreational and pedagogical program, which is accessed through inclined planes that save differences in level and accessibility problems.

CASTILLO DE LA ESTRELLA ARCHEOLOGICAL SITE, MONTIEL

Montiel’s countryside is organized by roads, agricultural fields and ancient castles. Traces on the territory that give the project a territorial scale. One of these roads will take us to the top of La Estrella castle, where as we ascend we will cross the archeological level and continue the journey between the historical remains. This space will be covered and protected by a light and permeable structure.

VILLA CRISTINA, MEZZANA


The proposal aims to to become an optimistic intervention capable of qualifying the institution, endowing the complex with buildings (Villa Cristina, ex Torchio, Dormitory, Scuola, Cantina) of an order of set by means of the correct articulation with the landscape of Mezzana. According to the rules of the competition, there are three objectives of the intervention: the landscaping design of the spaces. restoration and refurbishment of the Villa Cristina building, the construction of the renovation and extension of the canteen (cellar).

RECOVERY OF THE OLD HOSPITAL OS SAN SEBASTIAN

The proposal for the recovery of the San Sebastian Hospital starts from the understanding of the building as a city, capable of incorporating all the urban activity that a city has. Our proposal is based on the understanding of the Hospital building as an Urban Space, through the recovery and revaluation of historic spaces and elements of interest, and the appropriate incorporation of the building into the city.
