El proyecto comprende una
intervención paisajística que
reestructura la finca con
viñedos y terrazas verdes;
la restauración de la villa,
que recupera las antiguas
bóvedas al eliminar falsos
techos y compartimentar
mediante mobiliario. Con el fin de recuperar los
volúmenes originales de
las salas abovedadas se
eliminan los falsos techos
existentes y se resuelve
la compartimentación
programática mediante
muebles fijos de 2,20m de
altura, que no interfieren con
la geometría de las bóvedas.
The project intervenes in the
landscape by restructuring
the estate with vineyards
and green terraces; restoring
Villa Cristina through the
recovery of the old vaults
after eliminating the false
ceilings and creating
partitions with furniture. To recover the original
volumes of the vaulted
rooms, the existing false
ceilings are removed
and the program’s
compartmentalization is
addressed with furniture
of 2.20m in height that
does not interfere with the
geometry of the vaults.
